Finding those common threads that bring us together, we can journey together towards a path of true racial healing.

Latasha Morrison – Founder and President, Be The Bridge

We’ve made a lot of progress over the last year, decade, century, in fighting inequality and reconciling past mistakes. And there’s an organisation out there helping us all to heal – Be The Bridge.

The organisation was founded and operates to empower people and society toward racial healing, equity for all, and reconciliation.

Their vision is to to communicate and make organizations, people and governments aware of racial tensions and injustices that exist in our world, and to fight for a future where all people are equipped and treated equally to flourish.

They do this through three pillars that work in harmony to bridge the gap between peoples and cultures, and create mutual understanding and respect.

Inspire

Be The Bridge inspires people to respond to racial division through transformative responses that can help lead to racial reconciliation through kindness, respect and purposeful intention.

Equip

Be The Bridge equips their bridge-builders toward a vision of racial healing by developing skills and healing hearts.

Partner

Be The Bridge partners with organisations and work together to restore and reconcile racial injustice, and move toward a better, common future.

Be The Bridge is always looking for new volunteers to form BTB groups, assisting at events, or helping with their training. If you would like to volunteer, check out this page for more information.
